I AM really grateful for my job. I get a feeling a accomplishment when things go right, or I get to provide something or fix something. I even think this job is clearing the fog from my mind a little and stretching my intellect again. That's my favorite thing about school, that feeling of learning and getting smarter.
So why am I so thrilled that to get a 3-day weekend every week (unless I've got things to finish)? I mean, it's just so wonderful to have two Saturdays really; lots of time to prepare for Sunday Primary lesson, or work in the yard, or just catch up on shows I've missed during the week. I don't know why, maybe I'm a bumb at heart, but I'm happy today!
Yesterday we attended the Temple again! That was wonderful and restful. I didn't have any special epiphanies but it was renewing to be there and feel the Spirit wash over me as a living glow. Thank you Shayna!! You are so awesome for watching Mom for us! It's not easy to watch her decline, though she's easy to care for generally speaking.
