We went for a 1 mile jog this morning and pushed a little bit harder. I think we took almost a whole minute off of my time - 13:40. I know, so slow, but it's a process. I love having my Sweetie run with me! He's so great to do that. I don't know how he can go so slow but he manages to help me push the whole way around!
Today I've got to pay the City's bills and write one letter for the Mayor to residents in the flood-zone areas. That's all I'm planning. I'm looking forward to less stress today!
I think I'm going to try to make 9:30 or 10:00 my go-to-bed time. I'm still working on that, because I think I can get the piano and the guitar practice done as well as the exercise in the morning that way. I feel like doing those things in the morning when its quiet, but can't seem to want to after work, or I keep myself busy doing other things.
